This is a binomial distribution. The probability of a binomial distribution is given by
P = nCr * p^r * q^(n-r)
For this problem,
n = 6
r = 4
p = 0.30
q = 0.70
P = 6C4 * 0.30^4 * 0.70^(6-4)
P = 5.95%
