$2(x+4) \geq 3((x+7)-4) \\ 2x+8 \geq 3(x+7)-12 \\ 2x+8 \geq 3x+21-12 \\ 2x+8 \geq 3x+9 \\ 2x \geq 3x+1 \\ -x \geq 1 \\ x \leq -1$
