do you think it is possible for a person to be blind, but have no problems with the structure and function of his/her eyes? explain your answers.

This is possible. Namely, the optic nerve transmits visual information from eyes to the brain. But, in some situations, the optic nerve may be damaged. So, eyes are completely normal regarding their structure and function, but the optic nerve cannot transmit information to the brain. Since brain does not receive any information from the eyes, the person is considered blind.
