What is a real-world scenario where the Pythagorean Theorem can be applied to find a missing piece and draw a diagram of that scenario.
Part 1
Write out a description of your scenario and submit it as Part 1. Be sure to end your scenario with a question that can be answered using the Pythagorean Theorem.
Part 2
Draw a diagram of the scenario you created in Part 1. You may draw by hand and scan and upload your drawing or create a computer-generated drawing for submission. Be sure to label all parts and dimensions of the drawing. On your diagram, be sure to indicate what the missing measurement(s) you will be solving for is/are!

you could use a ladder leaning against a house or something similar, the question for part one could be along the lines of, if the ladder is 15 feet and the house is 20 feet tall what is the length of the ground between the house and the ladder.
