Since angle HBC is a right angle, therefore it's 90 degree. So to prove that ΔABC (pre-image) and ΔIBH (image) use the same amount of fabric, point B should be rotated 90 degree clockwise. Thank you for posting your question. I hope that this answer helped you. Let me know if you need more help.
