The equation of a circle is in the form:
x² + y² = r²; where r is the radius.
We find the diameter using the distance formula:
D = √[(-4 - 6)² + (4 + 2)²]
D = 2√(34)
r = D/2 = √(34)
x² + y² = [√(34)]²
x² + y² = 34
