I think that the answer is A.  My reasoning for this is because I think that after WW I or (World War 1) That the economy started to discover new things such as industry.  So I think the answer is A because before the war people made goods and sent them off to the military.  Now after the war I think that people needed goods which lead to the founding if industrial production.  So I believe the answer is A.  But if that is wrong then probably B or D.  I really hope this helped you.
