Good evening

2x + 3
For x = 3
First we must do is replace 3 by x
so we will have
2(3) + 3
Now you multiply 2 by 3
2(3) + 3
6 + 3
Now you need to add them
6+3 = 9

Answer : 2(3) + 3 = 9

I hope that's help my friend !

It would be 9 because 2 x 3 = 6 and then 6 + 3 = 9
