fistly add numerator and dumenator3+2=5then divide by sum of the numerator and dumerator80/5=16then multiply by 16 in numenator and dumenator3*16=48 & 2*16=32
so 3:
2 is 48:32

3+2=5 80÷5=16 16x3=48 16x2=32 so the answer is 48:32
