30 high school students
8 take french
12 take spanish
3 take both languages
Left who did'nt took any langueage= 30-(8+12+3)
=30-23
=7 stdents
Therefore, 7 students took neither of the two languages.

3 take both...so 5 only take french and 9 only take spanish....
30 - (9 + 5 + 3) = 30 - 17 = 13 take neither
