Answer:

Conflicts with natives have been a major problem during the colonization of North-America.

Step-by-step explanation:

Britain was more hostile to natives when expanding their colonies. France had more friendly relations and traded with the natives. The Dutch also had friendly relations and the Swedish as they did not have much territory in North America but were looking for trade. The Spanish had been in the West of North America and Florida and were more focused on their Central/ South American colonies.

As time passed by Europeans either fought against or with the native populations and the true victim of these wars would be the natives and how they would be treated once the United States comes into power. We learn this part of history to get an understanding of what happened to the native population and why it happened.
