A boiler is used to heat steam at a brewery to be used in various applications such as heating water to brew the beer and sanitizing the brewing tanks. 73.0% of the heat produced by the boiler is used to create saturated steam at 12.0 bars (absolute) from liquid water at 22' C. If 140 m3/h of steam is needed, what rate of heat does the boiler output?

Q= m (h(p=10.0 bar,T= boiling temperature at p) - h( p,θ= 22°C)). The enthalpies are in J/Kg and are read from a steam table. Unfortunately I don't know the initial pressure at 22°C so I leave this work to you.
m= ρ(12 bar, T) V with V= 0.73* 140 m³ /hr = 0.027 m³/s -> Q
