Write quadratic equation in standard form with given solution set:
{1/6, -2/3} ...?

(x - 1/6)(x - (-2/3)) = 0
(x - 1/6)(x + 2/3) = 0
x^2 + 2/3x - 1/6x - 1/6(2/3) = 0
x^2 + 1/2x - 1/9 = 0
18x^2 + 9x - 2 = 0
