according to the parallelogram opposite angles are equal
so
angle L = angle N

so

5x-28=3x-10

2x=18
x= 9

so angle L = 5(9) - 28 = 45-28 = 17

as angle L and angleO are adjacent to 180 degree

so
angle o = 180-angle L 180-17
163 deg
