Find the relative rate of change fro each of the following functions.
f(x)=x^3 -3x^2

The relative rate of change of a function f(x) is given by f'(x)/f(x).
f'(x) = 3x^2 - 6x

Therefore, relative rate of change = (3x^2 - 6x)/(x^3 - 3x^2)
