160 copies for 4k ,4k÷160=25 so 25 dollars per copy, so multiple by 2 ,equal 50dollars so they lost 50 dollars

It would lose $50. If you divide 4,000 by 160, then you get 25. That means each book is worth $25 dollars. If you give away two books then: 2*25=50. Just ask if you need more! (:
