Sarah bought 18 eggs from the store. How many dozen eggs did she buy? (1 dozen = 12 )

A) 1 1/2
B) 1 1/3
C) 1 1/4
D) 1 1/6

BTW: the slash is a fraction not division :)

A because a dozen is 12 so if you have 18 that is one dozen and a half of a dozen.

A, because 12 is a dozen, and 6 is a half dozen so if you add them it's 18
