Two lines are parallel if they have the same slope.

The slope of the line whose equation is: y= 1/5x - 15, is 1/5

The slope-intercept form of a line is:

y = mx + b

where m is the slope and y is the y-intercept

Replacing with the point (5, 6) and m = 1/5, we get:

6 = 1/5(5) + b

6 = 1 + b

6 - 1 = b

5 = b

Finally, the equation is:

y = 1/5x + 5
