Please help i really don't understand.

A farmer has a field at the front of his farm in which he has reared cattle for a number of years. He wants to make it into a more aesthetically pleasing area which can also earn income without blocking his view of the roadway passing in front of hs property. What advice would you give him?

so is he getting rid of the cows or is he keeping the cows while making the land more aesthetically pleasing? If he doesn’t keep the cows he could build a barn that is off to the side and get some horses and offer horse riding lessons
