Equation:
7b-3=-2b+24

When solving these type of equations, you have to get the variable on one side by "itself".

To start off, add 2b to both sides

7b+2b-3=-2b+2b+24

Now add 3 to both sides

9b-3+3=24+3

It is now
9b=27

Now divide 27 by 9 (don't worry about the variable because you're dividing to FIND the variable value)

27 ÷
9=3

Answer:
b=3
