Isn't this correct "(4x)^2 is the same as 4x^2" ?

And could you help me out pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

(4x)^2 is equal to 4x^2
And the answer to the other one is:
3b^6*2b^5=6b^30
This is not correct because when you multiply indices you basically just add them so it would be:
3b^6*2b^5=6b^11
