Shelby wants to buy three ice creams and some candy for her friends. Shelby wants to spend exactly $16.50. If ice creams cost $3.25 and candies cost $1.35 each, how many candy pieces can Shelby buy? plzzz helpppp me

Shelby cannot buy any candy. $3.25 x 3 is $9.75 and candy cost $1.35 which is over the limit :(
