It cannot be A since clinical depression is very severe. And it cannot be C since that describes bipolar disorder. That leaves B as the answer.

Clinical depression is a medical condition that may occur due to a chemical imbalance in the brain. Tha cuase of this chemical imbalance could be different for everyone, and there is still a lot of stigma around this medical condition, which can prevent effective treatment. Clinical depression is cured through drugs but also therapy,
