g(x) varies directly with x^2
and g(x) =144 for x=6
g(x) =kx^2
g(6) = k*6^2
g(6)= k*36 = 144
k=144/36 = 4
k=4 bc. 4*36=144
so this quadratic will be g(x) = 4x^2
hope helped
