In what ways did farming improve the quality of life for neolithic people?

It helped because they could sell their crops to trade it in for something else also it made it easier cause the paleolithic use to hunt for hours and hours,but growing crops and picking them is way easier and people would work in groups so some would do the picking others could do something else/

it improved quality life beacuse it allowed the Neolithic people to settle down and make hobbies,religions.also there was no need for hunger and gathers now that they caould farm
