First of all, you need to round the decimal numbers (round the cents )
So,
2.95 = 3
1.19 = 1
4.61 = 5
1.74 = 2
3.04 = 3
8.83 = 9
1.16 = 1

The aggregate of all them = 24

Now , subtract the coupon amount.
24-(1 + 1)
= 22

So, the total amount of bill is 22.
