No matter how many circles there are 80% of the circles will be blue as 4 to 5 translates to 8 to 10 which is 80%. The remaining circle ( the other 20%) can be any color but blue.

The ratio of blue circles to total circles is 4 to 5. there are more than 10 circles. describe what this group would look like.
