The correct answer is sodium chloride.

A binary ionic compound is a compound which is made up of only two components one is metal which is anion and another is no-metal which is anion. Example: such as sodium chloride( NaCl ). Most of the ionic compounds are binary in nature. The formed compound is electrically neutral.
