A) The graph is not function beacuse when x = -1, there are two values of y

B) The graph is not function beacuse when x = -4, there are two values of y

C) The graph is a function, for every value of x, there is a single value of y

D) The graph is not function beacuse when x = -1, there are two values of y

So, the answer will be option C
