Simple...

we can see the line hits a coordinate at (5,-2) and also at (7,6)

You could use
( y_(1)- y_(2) )/( x_(1)- x_(2) )->>to find its slope


(-2-6)/(5-7) = (-8)/(-2)

m=4 (B)

This means that if you go on your line..start at (5,-2) and go up 4 and over 1 it should hit (6,2)..does it hit? YES.Then you know your are correct.
