Let

x ----> large current

y ----> smaller current

we have that

x+y=20 ------> x=20-y ------> equation 1

x=y+30 -----> equation 2

solve the system of equations

equate both equations

y+30=20-y

solve for y

2y=20-30

2y=-10

y=-5

Find out the value of x

x=20-(-5)

x=25

therefore

The value of the large current is 25 mA
