you already know that the angle they give you is congruent to angle 3 so you know angle 3 is 95 degrees so you know 4 and 3 equal 180 all together so u minus 180 and 95 and get angle 4 so that gives u 85 degrees
angle 3=95 degrees angle 4=85 degrees

Angle 3 is 95 degrees because it is in a corresponding position to the 95 degrees, and lines A and B are parallel. Angle 4 is 85 degrees because it has to be supplementary to angle 3.
95+85=180
