x=number of potatoes, y=weight of potatoes
point (x,y) --> (4,2) and (12, 4)
find the slope of the two points:
m=(x1-y1)/(x2-y2)=(4-2)/(12-4)=1/4
for standard form equation: y-y1=m(x-x1)
so the standard form equation is
(y-2)=1/4(x-4)
