Bill has been noticing a lot of changes in his life. At times he feels as though he is so depressed that he can’t get out of bed, but other times he will go 36 hours without sleeping. He has noticed that his rapid change in behavior has caused him to lose some friends as at times he is alienating himself. What do you think that Bill could be suffering from?
