To do so, choose two values for x and calculate the corresponding values of y. Draw the points (x,y) on the coordinate plane and then draw a line that passes through both. Do the same for each equation.

From the graphs, we can see that the line y=4/3 x+1 is steeper. It intersects the y-axis at y=1.
