q = charge = 0.290 uC = 0.290 x 10^-6 C

t = time = 1.40 Us = 1.4 x 10^-6 s

I = current = ?

Apply:

I = q/t

Replacing:

I = 0.290 x 10^-6 / 1.40 x 10^-6 = 0.207 A
