What is a negative minus another negative I can't seem to find out. I have a question that says-3.7 - (-4.9) and the calculator says 1.2 but I think thats wrong.

A negative minus a negative in the form -3.7 - ( -4.9) is 1.2. -3.7 -(-4.9) turns into -3.7 + 4.9. Whenever you are subtracting a negative number from another number it becomes positive. Hope this helps :-)
