Determinante:
x....y....1
-3..11...1
1...-3....1

11x+y+9+3x+3y-11 = 0
11x+3x+y+3y+9-11 = 0
14x+4y-2 = 0

4y = -14x + 2
y = (-14x + 2)/4
y = (-7x+1)/2
