No, 3:4 is not equivalent to 12:24. When you put 12/24 into fraction form, you can convert that into simplest form to get 2/4, and since 3/4 would be in fraction form as well, then 3/4 =/= 2/4, and therefore 3/4 =/= 12/24

No because 3 times 4 is 12 but 4 times four is 16 and TO get from 4 to 24 you multiply 6 but 6 times 3 is 18 so no I think
