Hello there!
If you see someone struggling on bench, you best be busting your butt to get over there and either tell him to find a spotter, or spot him instead, so he does not hurt himself.

I would put down my equipment immediately out of harms way and rush over to that person and spot them. This way nothing bad can happen to that person.
