The upper right-hand corner of the note-card contains the source information.

Typically it contains the name of the author and/ or the page number where the information on the card was found. Sometimes if you're also using source cards, the upper right-hand corner will contain a source number so that you can reference your source card for the necessary information. The top of the note-card should be titled with the topic the information will address or support.

Answer:

In the top right corner of the note card should be the information related to the search sources.

Step-by-step explanation:

When using the note system, the upper right corner of the card is reserved to show the search references, that is, the search sources. Therefore, information such as the name of the author, name of the book, magazine or website, number of the page that served as the source of the research, identification number of the magazine, and other information should be placed.
