The company's percentage is 70% of the premium. 100%-30%=70%
The total premium is $1300.
The company's payment is $910

a) 390/.3= 1300 , 1300-390= 910, 910/1300= .70 OR 1.00-.3= .7
b) 390/.3= 1300$
c)390/.3= 1300 , 1300-390= 910$
