you have: (3,-2) and (-1,-1)

Using
( y_(1) - y_(2) )/( x_(1) - x_(2) )-->>>


(-2--1)/(3--1) =-(1)/(4)

Slope is m=
-(1)/(4)

Thus, your answer.
