How do i write description of a bonfire

they are done in open air for entertainment. it can signal a celebration. they tend to be extremely loud and you can smell smoke when they are burning. they look quite vibrant and colorful. on the other hand some people may dislike them as they are very loud and can therefore be extremely irritating.
