If the semicircle is on the 29 side:
2(19) + 29 + 29pi/2 = 67 + 14.5pi
This is because the radius is equal to 1/2 the diameter and the perimeter of a semicircle is radius*pi. The 2 19's come from the rectangle part of the garden and the other 29 comes from the side opposite the semicircle.
If the semicircle is on the 19 side:
2(29) + 19 + 19pi/2 = 77 + 9.5pi
You simply switch the 19 and 29 values.
