How did president george washington set a precedent for all future presidents

Washington and everyone around him was well-aware that he was setting an example for future presidents to follow: just some examples...

1) Neutrality in Foreign Affairs.
2) 2-term Presidency.
3) Use of Force to Enforce the law.
4) Establishment of a Cabinet. Like the State Department, Treasury and Department of War.
