2 * 2 and 3/4.
2 and 3/4 = (4*2 + 3) / 4 = (8 + 3) / 4 = 11 / 4
2 * 11/4 = 22 / 4 = 5 and 2/4
=
5 and 2/4 or 5 and 1/2 or 5.5
