The measure of the base of triangular cross section is 4 inches.

The measure of the length of triangular cross section is 6 inches.

The measure of the height of the prism is 3 inches.

The volume of the cheese cake is calculated as,


\text{Volume = }(1)/(2)*\text{length}* base* height

Substituting the values then,


\begin{gathered} \text{Volume = }(1)/(2)*6*4*3 \\ =3*4*3 \\ =36in^3 \end{gathered}

Hence, the volume of the cheesecake is 36 cubic inches.
