we know that

the equation of the line in the slope-intercept form is equal to


y=mx+b

where

m is the slope of the line

b is the y-intercept of the line (the value of y when the value of x is equal to zero)

we have


y=-(2)/(3)-5x

In this problem


b=-(2)/(3) \\\\ m=-5

therefore
