Deists believe that the universe was made by God, but God seperated himself from it, leaving the universe alone to let natural laws take place. Therefore, Deists do not believe in miracles or any supernatural aspects of religion.

Deism is the teaching that God exists, that he created the universe and everything in it, but that he stopped being involved in the universe and in people's lives after he made the universe.
